Job Description HR Recruiter Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Salary range from $3500 to $4000 Monday to Friday (9 am to 6 pm) Candidate to understand Basic Mandarin. Responsibilities: Coordinate recruitment duties pertaining to the advertisement application screening and interview arrangements. Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information) Preparation of HR-related letters (Letter of Appointment Confirmation staffing requisition letter etc.) Prepare weekly/monthly reports in a timely and accurate manner. Other ad-hoc duties as per assigned. Requirements: Minimum Diploma obtained from local government Polytechnics / Degree. Experience with HR matters and familiarity with recruitment processes are added bonuses. Problem-solving attitude and is able to work independently Only Singaporeans.
