MIR Mosaic is a fast-growing market leading manufacturer and distributor of wide variety of luxury mosaics and porcelain tiles. We are looking for an experienced Shopify Web developer who will be responsible for launching a brand-new website on Shopify and responsible for revenue generation.

This position will work cross-functionally and interact with numerous teams including e-commerce team and supply chain team. This position will require a strong understanding of website best practices SEO and SMO Digital marketing and necessary coding required to introduce various features and applications on Shopify.

The candidate needs to work from home at present. The candidate will have to join office in Vadodara in future.

Responsibilities:

Some of the duties that will be expected of this position include but are not limited to the following:

* Ability to setup Shopify Store from Scratch.

• Write well designed testable efficient code by using best software development practices

• Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices

• Integrate data from various back-end services and databases

• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs

• Be responsible for maintaining expanding and scaling our site

• Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities

• Initiate Email marketing and design required banners

• Conduct market research competitor analysis and responsible for revenue generation and adapt your current way of working to fit the latest trend.

• Launch Digital Marketing and SEO initiatives

• Assist with any other tasks that are assigned have good communication and be accountable to finish tasks in a timely manner.

Requirements/Skills:

• Well versed with Shopify eco-system and Shopify integrations

• Building/using Shopify Apps Hands on experience

• Knowledge of Shopify Themes and Theme modification.

• Worked on custom shopify app web hooks and API’s.

• Good knowledge of Payment Gateway Integration.

• E- commerce marketing/POS solutions building

• Candidates should be Confident self -motivated who work well in team environments.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Act as Shopify expert specializing in all facets of the ecommerce platform.

• Demonstrated ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a high energy fast-paced business environment

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

• Ability to identify prioritize and communicate workloads to the team

• Strong Excel skills (Pivot table VLOOKUP Match Index If)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to organize thoughts and communicate clearly completely and concisely

• Strong analytical and problem solving-capabilities

• Ability to stay flexible and agile in a fast-paced and fluid work environment

• Excellent organizational skills

• Comfortable in a “test and learn” approach by conducting tests analyzing results and applying learnings to impact future content

Education and Experience:

• Candidate should have education in Computer Science
• 3+ years of Shopify experience is a must. Experience of working for a USA company will be preferred
• Must be available to work full-time immediately. Specific start dates are shared during the recruiting process
• Strong web development and creative skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400000.00 – ₹600000.00 per year
