Job Responsibilities : Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

Manage Inbound Calls and chat email.

Follow conversation prompts and scripts when handling different topics.

Identify customers’ needs; clarify their information; research their issues; then provide solutions and/or alternatives to solve their problems have knowledge about retention to retain customers who might be irate at times .

Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by going the extra mile when you can.

Upselling skills .

Keep accessible comprehensive records of all conversations.

Meet or exceed personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Requirements :

Previous experience in a customer support role .(3 years Minimum)

Previous experience handling International process .

Proven track record of high performance in Customer Service Retention and Upsell.

Strong communication skills both Verbal and written plus active listening skills.

Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices.

Empathetic customer focus flexibility to manage many different personality types.

Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively.

Willing to work in Australian shift.

Schedule:

  • Australian shift 4AM -1PM (IST)
  • Work From Home (Remote )

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹30324.01 – ₹33430.34 per month
